We are ASN, a company founded during September of 2019 and based in South Wales. Our aim is to make your goals and supplement needs easier to reach. We will be linking up with local sports teams giving them the latest deals and sport specific advice.

As athletes ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to make sure that you’re using the right supplements that have been tested for banned substances. With this in mind, we will be sorting all our products into sport specific supplements to make the choice quick and easy for you.

For any information, advice or just products that you would like to see us stock please get in touch via email or any of our social media platforms.

We are proud to announce that we will supporting several local teams, business and charities! These partners all share the same core value, not only playing a sport or running a business but doing it while supporting charities. Please take a look bellow at our partners and their chosen charities:

South Wales Wildcats

The South Wales Wildcats are a young and enthusiastic not for profit setup with a vision of supporting Men’s and Women’s rugby participation in and around South Wales area whilst also being committed to raising awareness and finances for their charity partners.

They play VIIs, invitational charity XVs and touch rugby in competitions across the UK. The Wildcats are also partners with the amazing cause of Marrow for Marley for the 2019/20 season competing in tournaments and events fundraising for this fantastic cause.

Their vision this year is to push on from the success of our project and to grow by launching a ladies VII’s and mixed team to support our aspiration of Combining High Performance XV’s, XV’sand touch rugby with an ambition to widen participation across the region.

The Wildcats squad competed in a number of tournaments on the highly prestigious RFU 24/7 series as well as a invitational tournaments across Europe. They’ve also held fundraising matches at the BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park in aid of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital, Marrow for Marley and School of Hard Knocks were they have raised over £5000 in total for these wonderful causes. On top of this they have raised over £3000 in individual events such as Rough Runner, White Collar Boxing and White Collar MMA.

Named the winners of the prestigious UR7s Social 7s rugby team of the year in the U.K by public vote in 2018. This was a huge achievement and one that after only 2 years shows the growth and fan base we have gathered in a short time.

The South Wales Wildcats achieved some great results; Frome 7s Cup and Plate Winners, Beach Rugby Wales Cup Winners, Wales National Touch Rugby Champions, Bournemouth 7’s Cup Runners Up, Heart of Europe 10’s Cup Winners, Hartpury Plate Winners, Milano 7’s Birra Cup Winners ,Heart Of Wales Plate Runners Up.

The Wildcats selected charity partner is Marrow 4 Marley, it’s a very worthy cause that is close to all of our hearts.

Marley is a 7 year old boy, who has been diagnosed with aplastic anaemia, which affects between 30 and 40 children each year in the UK and stops the body producing enough blood cells.

It means he needs a bone marrow transplant to live.
The biggest hope of a suitable donor was Marley’s brother, but George was found not to be a match. So the Marrow 4 Marley campaign was launched, calling on people to add their names to a register to become a stem cell donor.

We are encouraging people all over the world to join the bone marrow register with a simple cheek swab. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 55 can join the register. Please come see our volunteers and sign up today.

Since the start of the campaign over 30,000 people have signed up to the bone marrow registered and even though we are yet to find a match for Marley we are so delighted and proud of all the people who have been helped through the awareness raised.

Heart of Wales 7's

HOW 7’s 3rd – 5th July 2020

The Heart of Wales 7s, originally the Creative Rugby 7s, was born out of the desire to bring a premier party and playing experience to all of Wales.

This came to fruition in 2015 with Men’s and Ladies Rugby tournaments alongside a Music Festival. 2016 saw the addition of Netball and a Mens Elite whilst 2018 added the Womens elite and Friday night Mixed Touch rugby.

The 2019 event was even bigger with 3 more rugby pitches adding Mixed Ability rugby and Touch rugby, 2 additional Netball courts and a full extra site acquired to include the HOWUM Ultra Marathon, a 10k Fun Run and also the Welsh Tug of War Championships!

This year more campers joining in the Friday and Saturday night parties has pushed us to include a second Music Stage so we will have a DJ tent and Live Band tent.

Whilst becoming Wales largest Sport & Music festival they also offer FREE camping, FREE drinks on arrival, team goody bags and much more…

A tournament not to be missed!!
